People• Established Loss Prevention Business Partner core roles, business objectives, key performance indicators, competencies, exempt status, interview guides and learning plans.• Improved talent, diversity, and inclusion mix of team.• Maximized productivity off shoring transactional processes, on-boarded global teammates, completed due diligence, knowledge acquisition, training, and transition. Process• Created investigative standards using cover letters, terminology, tactics, and case management philosophy.• Standardized policies, procedures and best practice relating to coaching and corrective action, prosecution, threats of workplace violence, team member purchases and vetting for promotion.• Developed business acumen training addressing field leaders’ foundational knowledge, performance assessment (business and team), P&L impact and controls through the lens of Loss Prevention.• Enhancing monthly field led P&L reviews with FP&A, translating financial reporting into operational tactics and incorporating three lines of defense to drive profitability and risk culture. • Present Loss Prevention business, dashboards and enterprise assessments to Senior Leaders, C-Suite and Board of Directors-Audit Committee.Technology• Implemented case management system, maximizing an existing enterprise platform, to enhance reporting, analytics, and impact.
