Rob Boyer has 15 years of experience in various roles, all within the hospitality industry. After moving to Las Vegas in 2007 to earn his master’s degree in Hotel Administration at UNLV, Rob simultaneously worked as GM of Rok Vegas Nightclub for MGM Resorts International. It was a crash course in opening a major nightlife venue in Las Vegas while managing a joint-venture relationship with MGM Resorts International. Within two years, Rob was promoted to Director of Beverage for New York–New York Hotel & Casino, where he assisted with the implementation of MGMRI’s first-ever corporate beverage program. Managing an entire casino beverage program put Rob in a position to truly understand what operators want and need from supplier partners. Rob’s operations background would become a major source of inspiration for driving high-performing sales teams later on his career.To continue on, please click BIO in FEATURED
