I started working for Royal Mail in September 2001. I started as a Customer Service advisor answering pay queries and since then I progressed to Specialist pay administrator, then to team coach, then to Team Leader and moved onto the role of Assistant HR Business Partner which I did for 2 years before moving to become the Senior HR Advisor for the South East region and then in November 2012 moved to the position of HR Manager for the Sheffield Plant. In October 2015 I moved to become a workforce planning manager to gain a greater generalist knowledge and then in April 2017 became the People Business Partner supporting the Operations Managers in Lincolnshire, Humberside, North Sheffield and South Yorkshire c2000 employee’s. In April 2019 I became the Resourcing and Talent manager for the Central area where we have a workforce of just under 40k employees. Since been employed by Royal Mail I have completed my NVQ4 in management, NVQ3 in Customer Services and also become accredited in Six Sigma and have led on process improvement projects. I am an ILM accredited coach and currently completing my CIPD
