Responsible for People and Culture Technology, Employee Experience, Enterprise Service Management, IT Service Management, Universal Enterprise Search, DE&I solutions, Low-Code platforms and UI/UX custom experience design.Drives effective relationships with P&C, GBS, Finance, Technology, and other business leaders to ensure alignment of initiatives and priorities from the business across the GBS, Service Management and P&C operations functions.Leads the development and execution of a comprehensive enterprise service management strategy that aligns with our business objectives and values. This includes management of large SaaS platforms such as Workday, Beeline, Benify, Safeguard, and ancillary systems for benefits, scheduling, time tracking, learning, external workforce management and all related HCM functions.

Technology leader responsible for HCM, Payroll, Contingent Labor, Equity & Inclusion, and People Data Integration solutions for Warner Bros. Discovery. Drives technology strategy, daily operations, overall architecture, systems integration, technical risk, security, and compliance for HR, Payroll, and Contingent Labor Management systems. This includes Workday, SAP Fieldglass, Infor Online Time and Attendance (OTA), International Payroll (Safeguard), SNOW HRSD, and multiple ancillary HR focused applications. Includes several custom applications built using serverless AWS technology.Runs payroll for all WBD business units. WarnerMedia, HBO, Turner, WB, Discovery, and OtterMedia, which includes Residuals and Participations payments for multi $bn annually.

Drove the technology side of the Workday implementation at Warner Bros. and was responsible for all technology aspects of the Workday program. Workday HCM in 2015, Payroll in 2016, and subsequent releases of Workday Learning, Extend (Cloud platform), and mergers of OtterMedia, HBO and Turner into WarnerMedia Workday in 2018, 2019, and 2020 respectively. Transitioned Workday implementations into run state and supported the live platform.Responsible for the architecture, systems integration, technical risk, security, and daily operations for HR and Payroll including Workday, Infor Online Time and Attendance (OTA), International Payroll (Safeguard), and multiple ancillary HR focused applications.Implemented custom solutions using AWS serverless technologies, Angular.js, DynamoDB, and EC2 instances for HR archive tools and custom applications like HR offer letters.

Implemented the new Participations system, responsible for Residuals revenue retrofit, residuals data conversion, and integrating residual expenses back to the new Participations system.

Led multiple projects in the Participations and Residuals function. Developed Games and Music Royalty applications, and updated Residuals systems for new media obligations.

Architected and oversaw the design, development, and implementation of WB's Residuals application.
