Morrison's Supermarket June 2008 – July 2023 Made redundantProject Manager Surveyor/Maintenance SurveyorRole & Responsibilities- Field based role working as part of a small team to facilitate the maintenance and refurbishment works of multiple Morrison’s PLC stores across the country along with the distribution centres. - Manage a budget in excess of £1.8M.- Responsible in ensuring health and safety practices are embedded into daily routines.- Carry out monthly audits including Health and Safety, fire, water and site safety to address any issues that have been identified.- Reviewing all pest recommendation identified by Morrison’s pest controller and completing were required and challenging back for evidence.- Co-ordinate and oversee the multiple contractors and suppliers needed to successfully complete tasks on time and within budget, using my extensive negotiating skills to deliver value to the business.- Prioritising projects to ensure compliance with legal requirements whilst still ensuring redevelopment and new build projects are completed efficiently. - Support the store-based team to ensure the smooth running of projects and incorporate their needs into the project.- Work with various IT systems including Verisae.
