Consultant to a project focused on adoption of a standardised EUC environment across the Airport Group. The role included email migration from Lotus Notes to Office 365 (using the Dell migration Manager and Co-existence tools) and deployment of Windows 10 across c3000 devices. Responsibilities included project management and co-ordination of a team of support engineers tasked with migration/deployment activities and initial hyper-care of users, along with providing technical expertise in the following areas: • Administration of Active Directory, Group Policy, Direct Access, Windows Intune and ADFS /Office 365 integration • Use of PowerShell scripting for manipulating cloud identities and Office 365 administration• Domain consolidation and migration of resources using ADMT toolset• Use of SCCM for Windows 10 image and application deployment, updates & reporting

Technical Pre-Sales for IT solutions, mainly focussed on Office 365 and Azure platforms but also maximising use of existing on premise or hybrid solutions to ensure ROI, this role involved consultation with customers to determine the best fit technology solutions to meet their business challenges and to help them build a strong business case for IT change. Fundamental to this was developing technical strategies, in line with the customer’s strategic initiatives to ensure that any technology delivered was an enabler for the business

Manchester Airport Group

Interface between Ricoh and MAG service teams, this technical role involved understanding business requirements and working with the Ricoh team to provide detailed IT solutions in line with MAG technology strategy. Close liaison with Technical Architects and Project Managers was required to ensure that all new initiatives were standards based and technically approved. Responsible for a managing implementation of multiple IT project work streams using internal and external resource, ensuring seamless transition into BAU service. The role also involved research and development of emerging technologies and providing end-of-line support/technical expertise for the technical support team
