Case Manager
Current- Provide support, training and mentorship to paraprofessionals delivering in-home and center-based developmental interventions- Develop treatment plans and document clients’ progress- Provide direct services to clients and family members in multiple settings such as in the client's home, centers, and via telehealth- Work in collaboration with other clinical team members, including Speech/Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Mental Health Clinicians to provide a high-quality, developmental treatment approach to children and their families- Support program development, lead training groups, or complete other administrative tasks as asked by team or center leadership- Attend meetings led by operational support staff
