Individuele cliënt gerichte aanpak: Het op zo natuurlijk mogelijke wijze doen van een assessment van de arbeidsmogelijkheden om, al klussend en pratend, de achtergrond en de arbeids mogelijkheden (opleiding, stoornissen, concentratie, interesses, etc.) in kaart te brengen en van daaruit te werken aan motivatie, concentratie en arbeidsvreugde en een gevoel van eigen (arbeids)waarde van de cliënt en hierdoor bij te dragen aan diens persoonlijke groei en mogelijkheden gericht op een beschutte werkplek of volledige terugkeer op de arbeidsmarkt. Het zoveel mogelijk samen met cliënten realiseren van voor de boerderij relevante verbouwingen van en onderhoud aan opstallen dient hierbij als middel.

"Le Sida, Idris Sanogo" is a film about AIDS in Africa. It shows how individuals, families and communities are affected by this disease and what can be done to avoid it and how to take care of those that suffer from it.The aims of the film are: Teaching people about the dangers of AIDS, Teaching how to care for the sick, Promoting a healthy life style & evangelisation.This film has been shot in the town of Kadiolo with a group of local radio-actors (Sirat-al-Moustakim) and a Dutch Cameraman (Wybo Miedema). The shooting was low-budget and took place under quite primitive conditions but the result is all that matters: A 47-minute captivating film of high quality acting in Bambara/Jula in a traditional and culturally accepted setting.As producer, I was responsible for the production and post-production processes: locating funds, scripting, finding actors, directing, props, getting a cameraman to Mali, editing, translating from Bambara/Jula to French & English, subtitling, obtaining permission from local authorities, etc.

Teaching Malian students from different ethnic, - social & - educational backgrounds in French: Introduction to and in-depth study of the Pentateuch, Exegesis of narrative texts, Sermon and Thesis preparation.It has been truly inspiring to teach these young man and women and to see them grow in faith and skills to become faithful Pastors.
