Day to day management of the Trafford Park Trade Counter to drive staff development to deliver sales and KPIs. Hands on and face to face presence on the shop floor selling and man managing all aspects of a busy Trade Counter. Showing year on year sales growth over the last 16 years along with several successfully developed sales and management individuals.

Recruited to pilot a full time concession of Hamleys House of Toys within House of Fraser Kendal's Manchester and subsequently took responsibility of opening and closing 8 satellite stores over the Christmas period along with Area Manager cover of another 6 permanent stores in the North - Strong Merchandising, Customer Service Standard, Retail Sales.
