Throughout 5 years at Future Talent, my role has adapted with the continual growth of the charity, encompassing a broad range of responsibilities across office management, operations and campaigns.I oversee the smooth running of our day-to-day operations, connecting and supporting our small but effective team. I am the first point of contact at the charity, manage our various databases and digital platforms, process our day-to-day financial administration. I also manage our campaigns and all external communications, creating and delivery content across all our social media channels, website and emails.At the heart of my role is a passion to deliver the charity's mission: to provide opportunities to young musicians from low-income backgrounds, driven by a high level of attention to detail, personal organisation and task management, and, overall, a determination to make impactful change.
