I serve as global CEO for investment bank and advisory firm Lincoln International, where we’re striving to become the best private market advisors in the world by helping our clients achieve their strategic growth goals every day. ​My aim is to inspire and motivate our people to make a true impact with clients, colleagues and our communities. As Global CEO, I lead our team of 725+ bankers as they work with clients to attract capital, invest with purpose, create value and realize return.​​Outside of work, I sit on the board of UNICEF USA and the Dean’s Business Council for the Gies School of Business at the University of Illinois, and I’m President of the Board of Regents at Saint Ignatius College Prep in our hometown of Chicago. ​
