NOVEC owns and manages antenna installation points and leases these to mobile phone network operators and other operators. In addition, we manage installation points for other parties. At the current time, NOVEC manages over 800 telecom masts and 12,000 high tension pylons throughout the Netherlands. The operators install antennae and dishes at these.

As a consultant I am gatekeeper for the project inititiation process at the mobile radio innovation department. Business requirements are evaluated and matched with a response. After completing Business Requirement Response document, the project is handed over to the assigned project manager.

As an NPS/CLF projectmanager I am responsible for the roll-out of closed loop feedback within our organisation. CLF is based on the net promotor score methodology. In addition, I facilitate in creating department/customer specific improvement plans based on the outcome of these customer loyalty surveys.

Within the marketing strategy and Innovation department, I guide a virtual analytics team in order to prioritize the initiatives, set out to improve the net promotor score (NPS) for different segments at KPN.

Team leader operational support within the radio access department at KPN. In addition to this job I coordinate marketing activities for our newly created spin-off 'KPN radio access services'.

As a Sr. Radio Network Expert I guide the Southern Roll-out & optimisation team for the 2G and 3G KPN network in the Netherlands.

Within KPN I optimise parameter settings in the 2G voice and data network. The goal is to improve these settings in order to maximize customer satisfation in the mobile network.

I analyze drivetest and counter data from the 2G network at KPN. Network improvements are implemented in order to decrease the number of dropped calls and increase customer satisfaction.
