I am proud to work in social, affordable and seniors housing. Over the course of my career I have lived and worked in a number of exciting cities across our world including Sydney, London and New York. No role has offered a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment than my job today.I have amassed 15+ years of broad-based global property market experience. A career journey providing a strong understanding of trends and drivers across residential and commercial real estate.Today I utilise those skills for my community as Head of Commercial for IRT Group's Retirement Living business and for Age Matters our social outreach preventing homelessness. I have accountability for achieving our strategic plan and annual business goals. It involves finding the balance between sustainable commercial outcomes and reinvesting into for-purpose social housing programs. This is all delivered with a community-first lens, co-design and deep connection to our local networks, ensuring we improve the lives of older Australians.I bring experience working across a range of functional and planning areas, including: housing innovation, customer solutions, research, product strategy, asset management, customer experience and pricing. All planned and delivered through a lens of commercial sustainability.The housing life cycle presents opportunities and challenges. I would like to continue my career addressing the need for ongoing community integration and socialisation. Creating homes that are fit for purpose, with wellbeing service provision on hand to meet care needs when they arise.
