I took the opportunity to return to the Supplier Management role to facilitate relocation and working remotely.

Responsible for ensuring that processes and controls affecting supplier management are maintained and developed to ensure compliance with both internal processes and regulatory requirements. Managing and coordinating change requests across the supply chain.

Responsible for the overall performance management of Debt Collection Agencies, ensuring they deliver the right outcomes in most cost effective way and in accordance with all internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements. Working with Debt Collection Agencies to understand the drivers of performance to deliver continuous improvement.

I provided support to aid the overall performance management of Debt Collection Agencies and for delivering financial results for TDX Group from the Agency Panel.

Following Barclays' acquisition of the Egg Credit Card portfolio, I was part of a team responsible for monitoring all customer interactions, across all products and brands for quality and compliance purposes. I had sole responsibility for the monitoring and assurance of external partners offshore.

I managed and motivated a team of unsecured underwriters in order to provide financial options to customers.

I achieved the position of Senior Underwriter in the business - making quality judgemental lending decisions which directly met the balance between minimising potential loss and generating profits whilst ensuring customers received a high quality service. Held an unsecured lending mandate of £40k.

I held various roles within all areas of domestic banking including investments, foreign exchange and unsecured lending, being personally responsible for a portfolio of accounts. I took sole responsibility for the management of a busy branch counter, back office and their staffing and also a village sub-branch.
