Leading by example with over 20 years of experience in renovation mostly in Manhattan. I am always the foreman or the lead carpenter due to my leadership and work ethic. I'm a skilled finisher, but I started as a laborer and worked my way up, so I am a rough to finish, but I am also field and shop. If there's something I don't know I do my research and learn, and I'm never afraid to have a go at something new. I'm a problem solver, who considers himself a main player wherever he goes, but as Lead Carpenter I know how to collaborate and delegate tasks to accomplish the dream work.
