With over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am passionate about delivering high-quality training and education to fitness professionals and enthusiasts. My mission is to inspire, empower, and support people to achieve their health and fitness goals, while promoting best practices and standards in the industry. As the gym owner of The Train Station Gym, I am proud to be part of a dynamic and diverse team that offers a range of fitness services and programs to the community.I am also theDirector of Education Services at the Academy of Fitness & High Performance, a Registered Training Organisation that provides nationally recognised qualifications. I lead the RTO compliance, curriculum development, trainer recruitment, and professional development. I have also been honoured to serve as a judge for the AUSactive National Awards Program in 2022 and 2023, recognising the excellence and innovation of fitness professionals and organisations.
