I came to Canada in 2003 and started service with the Ottawa Police Service. Having completed basic training I commenced patrol duties. Having completed 4 years patrol , I gained a position on the Traffic Escort Unit. Whilst there I was selected to go on secondment with the RCMP to Grise Fiord in Nunavut, a truly amazing experience. I left Traffic Escort in Feb 2011 to go mission with RCMP to Afghanistan for nine months. In Nov 2011 I returned to patrol duties in the west end of Ottawa. Since February 2013 I have been an Acting Sergeant on patrol supervising 17 officers.Courses* ims 100 and 200* Initial critical incident command * Feedback

Cell Block Sgt

Promoted March 2014 and now tasked as cell block Sgt at HQ.

Patrol duties in Basingstoke for one year. Armed Responce combined with traffic enforcement until date of leaving

Probation in Truro. Community Officer for Kingsand and Cawsand . Traffic duties at Camborne and Cullompton. Armed Responce and Traffic duties at Exeter

West Germany And Northern Ireland

From basic training in Chichester at Rousillon Barracks, I was posted to Fallingbostel in Germany , where I was employed on basic policing duties and participated on a number of major NATO exercises. In Northern Ireland I was employed on patrolling duties and static border crossing points in Londonderry for a year before transferring to the Courts and Witness Unit in Belfast.
