I’m a Design Director with +20 years creative experience working across both print and digital projects. Over the years I’ve worked in both large and small teams, I’ve freelanced for several years and lately I built a very successful in-house award winning design team from scratch. During my career I’ve worked across an extremely diverse range of projects and clients, not just in the UK but also in the US and Australia. I love puzzles, especially ones which affect my team or processes, often they’ve led to unusual solutions to solve the problem which is why I strongly believe this is one of the reasons I’ve become so respected in my current and previous roles.I’m an authentic leader, with excellent interpersonal skills. While working at Dennis, I’ve twice been nominated for Employee of the Year and I won the award the second time around in Dec 2018 for the Manager Category. In 2021, my team won 3 design awards for the work we produced while working fully remotely: A Platinum, a Gold and a Silver award for both print and digital creative.When I’m not working you’ll probably find me trying to tire out my two young children or on a quiet bank fishing somewhere.
