Utilize data mining abilities to help analyze possible technician skill deficiencies, enhancing my ability to find solutions that lead to success. Ability to foster team cohesion and pursue excellence, while working with a high degree of integrity. Supervisory experience in a field operations environment. Knowledge of installation and maintenance of copper and fiber technology. Experience with communication systems and tools. Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience providing training, feedback and motivation to employees. Knowledge of employment, labor laws, and management of union employees. Experience in administering processes and policies as they relate to: safety, attendance, performance requirements, and code of conduct. Customer service experience. Six Sigma Green Belt. LEAN Certified.
