Building on my earlier roles defining and building a comprehensive carrier relationship management strategy and leading marketing activities across all of Crump, expanded responsibilities to include direct oversight for the Crump Solution Centers – dedicated teams driving revenue across channels for Annuities, Long Term Care (LTC)/Linked Benefits, and Disability Insurance (DI).

As part of the Crump Executive team, in addition to prior responsibilities, founded Tellus Brokerage Connections – a new revenue generating channel for Crump. Tellus is an Independent Marketing Organization (IMO) providing value added services to Brokerage General Agencies (BGAs) to support their profitable growth.

Expanded responsibility to include Marketing in addition to Carrier Relations and Life Product Management. Partnered with all sales channels and product lines (life, annuities, LTC and DI) to define marketing plans to achieve/exceed goals. Directed internal and external communications aligned with the company’s strategy. Additionally, drove event management including internal/external recognition trips, significant client/education meetings and more.

In addition to the Carrier Relations responsibilities, led the Life Product Management team, which included managing the life product shelf and developing competitive analysis/tools in support the sales teams identifying the best solutions for clients.

Responsible for all aspects of carrier relationship management for 100+ insurance carriers. Implemented “narrow and deep” carrier sponsorship programs to drive greater alignment with key partners across levels and functions, and providing carrier access to marketing opportunities to improve results.

As Director of Customer Measurement Integration, I initially built and led an internal consulting group that worked with all Prudential business units (individual life insurance, property and casualty, health care, investments and real estate) to drive the use of customer data in operational decision making.As Vice President of Marketing and Customer Management, I then led the planning and analysis processes and business administration functions for the US consumer group marketing and customer management team.I went on to become the Vice President of Business Management within their individual life insurance business.
