Forecasts, manages and allocates annual ammunition requirements in excess of $12M for the Idaho Army National Guard resourcing adequate allotments for the conduct of all training and real-world missions. Coordinated the movement and emplacement of static military vehicle displays to garner public attention. Talked with prospective enlistees about life in the military and the application process. Was directly responsible for over 50 new enlistees into the Idaho Army National Guard.

Managed the administrative functions for 100 personnel newly recruited into the Idaho Army National Guard prior to their departure for initial entry training. Maintained both hard copy and digital records documenting all training and personal information. Assisted with the planning, resourcing and execution of training for new recruits. Developed multi-echeloned supply channels in order to properly equip unit members despite lacking a formal supply background or support network. Executed in-person handoff of soldiers returned from initial entry training to their respective units ensuring continuity and the maintenance of a support network.
