Manage and lead a team to deliver information technology assets and services for their assigned field locations. Oversee the personal and daily operations of the team. Serve as the primary information technology owner for the western region field locations delivering business critical services to our employees and customers.

Oversees a number of key functions within the IT department that enable the delivery of a high quality service for all related IT needs and projects, and to ensure Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs. This includes, but not limited to, all end-user computing, network, mobility, and project related activities. A single point of contact to provide service, solutions, project leadership/mgmt, and guidance back to our business customers.

Greater Los Angeles Area

* Provide complex hardware and software technical support to west coast (including Hawaii) management and users for Hertz western regional offices, airports, and HLE field locations* Install, configure and modify hardware and software to ensure optimal perfomance including Windows desktops and Mac, laptops, mobile devices, MFD Xerox-Ricoh printers, Zebra tablets and printers, credit card readers, and driver licenses security scanners* Continual travel to multiple airport locations across the West Coast, Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, Hawaii to install, configure PCs for new opening Conracs at airport locations and to provide new hardware installation and technical support to Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty counters* Configure and troubleshoot issues on CLEAR finger and face authentication kiosks located at Airport Hertz locations* Network troubleshooting and wired and wireless connections* Monitor, log and track all phases of helpdesk support using ServiceNow ticketing system* Assist clients remotely using SCCM Remote Client and or Windows Remote Desktop client* Work with Business Delivery Partners to coordinate and ensure on-time delivery and setup of hardware and software for new location openings* Provide exceptional customer service and provide quick problem resolutions

Estero, Florida

* IT Sr Desktop support for Estero Florida Hertz HQ supporting Executive Team (CEO, CIO, CFO, etc) and approximatly 650 employees. IT support for Hertz and Dollar-Thrifty Executive and User support in OKC and Tulsa. (Relocated to Florida HQ , June 14, 2015).* Maintain Cisco-Crestron video conference rooms/equipment, troubleshooting technical issues with remote location.* Provide in room technical A/V support during town halls and company events including audio PA setups with wireless microphones* Manage cellular service accounts, order processing, device activations, and troubleshooting.*5 years as Project leader for Hertz desktop support team in OKC and Dollar-Thrifty desktop support team in Tulsa faculty. Research and Development/OEM WinME and Win2000 Image Builder Computer Tablet* Involved in the designed and launching of the first computer tablet using a full Microsoft Windows operating system* Presenter of the computer tablet at the Comdex Show held in Las Vegas, Nevada* Researched and tested latest hardware and software technology to integrate into computer tablet, which included Embedded Wireless 802.11b, Bluetooth, Wireless PC Card Modems, Touch-Screen, Handwriting and Voice Recognition Technologies.* Responsible for setting up, branding, and creating OEM Windows Millennium and Windows 2000 master images for personal computing tablet including peripheral drivers and 3rd party software installation verifying operation without any conflicts* Duties also included creating master restore disks using PQ EZ-Restore software for different system configurations.* Tested (at component level) and created matrix reports for peripherals and 3rd party software being integrated on the computer tablet for component qualification* Responsibilities also included keeping close relations with component manufacture vendors
