An experienced Director/ Principal of Scoreboard Consultancy, who provides a personalised service assisting organisations to develop people and communities through the engaging power of education, sport and physical activity.I now work with schools, universities and sport organisations in a range of consultancy projects connected with sports specialisms, community sports facilities, curriculum, student and staff leadership and organisational change.

Direct 500 student athletes and 70 support staff including teachers, coaches, fitness professionals, sport science and leadership consultants and allied medical professionals. Main roles are strategic planning, shared visioning, partnerships, community development, budgeting, staffing,project management and governance accountabilities.

President of SSV which manages 10,500 sporting competitions for over 600,000 Victorian students across 2500 schools annually. In addition, SSV selects and sends 62 State teams in 22 different sports to represent Victoria at School Sport Australia events.
