Since obtaining my MSc degree from the University of Limerick in 2014 I have been heavily involved in the Strength and Conditioning Industry, working with a wide variety of sporting codes and athletes, ranging from Professional to Semi-Professional to Inter-County LTADP. I am a practise based coach with evidence based programming with extensive experience in this field. I consider myself to be a determined, creative and approachable individual with experience in multiple professional sectors but my true passion lies within Strength and Conditioning and education.
