• Team leader of Worldwide team of 4 that supported Worldwide TM1 application used to track IBM expenses at a department level with over 2500 users. Managed all production aspects of the application and worked closely.
• Planned and implemented data migration from 3 geo cubes into one large WW reporting cube, greatly simplifying end user experience through all data being available in one location.
• Combined 5 TM1/Essbase cubes into the existing WWSpend database which simplified data and saved support costs.
• Moved TM1 from Windows to AIX server, allowing older servers to be sunset and reducing costs after months of planning and with only minor issues.
• Optimized data loads using InTouch for parallel loads which decreased the quantity and length of outages during loads.

• Worked on several projects and new technologies, including creating complex Excel files, large data migrations, and creating and maintaining several Lotus Notes DBs. Worked with the Procurement team assisting in.
• Created innovative automated Excel and Cloud storage solution for multiple users to edit data simultaneously which saved 10 hours of manual data aggregation each month with very low chance of human error.
• Made improvements to the Expense Pre-Approval tool that improved performance, generating 1-2 minute improvement per submission for over 2500 monthly submissions.
• Developed Notes DB solution to facilitate sending mass emails which drastically decreased time and energy needed to send mass emails that is still being used today in IBM.

• Supported Finance team and WW Councils in gathering and reporting results. Designed Essbase cube and trained users. Created script libraries in both Lotus 123 and Excel to modify existing files with automation..
• Replaced manual reporting process with automated Essbase system which resulted in significant time savings; Availability of results in 7 days instead of 28.
• Implemented an Alphablox front-end to Essbase cube which allowed users to quickly customize reports on the web; Trained users on using Alphablox and the creation of reports, eliminating issue of too many Excel reports.

Supported Development, Architecture, and Test teams responsible for internal Siebel implementation worldwide. Developed and improved existing Notes tools to ensure the on-time delivery of the current release.

Supported 1500 employees for Tivoli IT Eastern Region. Redesigned IBM’s mail template for Tivoli use by gathering requirements, designing, testing, and assisting with deployment to 5,000 users WW. Managed 5 migration projects to move entire departments into Tivoli IT. Developed, designed, and presented quarterly education classes to customers in 6 states.
