For the last 9 years I have been working for a prominent Ski Retail/Rental company, Christy Sports. My time with Christy Sports as the IT Manager coincided with the greatest expansion in the company’s history. We have grown from $80 million to over $180 million in sales and expanded into two additional states. We are now in: Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Washington, and have grown to 72 locations. This has given me ample knowledge of how to manage a small, nimble IT Department. • Employee Management: Expanded the IT Department from 1-5 employees. I strive to create the most technically competent and personable team possible, with exceptionally low turnover. Inclusion and respect for others ideas in the planning and implementation of projects has always been my foundation. • Network Design: Designed and implemented all our Firewall Rules for our Corporate Office, Stores and Warehouses. I designed and installed all WIFI for all of our Store and Warehouse locations. Disaster Recovery, Back Ups.• Project Management: Personally overseen the planning, design and upgrades for the entire Christy Sports IT network: New ERP and POS roll outs. Full company wide computer upgrades and replacement. Full Firewall and Switch replacement and Upgrades.• Level 1 – Level 4 troubleshooting of all IT Devices. Architecting of systems, building servers, diagnosing DNS issues, Active Directory Administrator, Office 365 Administrator, troubleshooting printers. Not afraid to get my hands dirty.
