Result organisation developed from two staff to seven staff members contributing to organisation performance. During this time my job role and responsibilities changed to centralise on contribution to the HR functions of the department. Project management and employee development:structured project management to obtain customer service and sales targets with reflective practice after to highlight future areas of need for staff development. Seven employees led and developed through this process.Employee Coaching:Coached employees through the GROW model in application to personal and organisational goal attainment. Six employees were brought through this process. Employee Onboarding: Completed employee induction process to meet both service and audit requirements, 15+ employees brought through this process.
