    In this role, I directed 200+ staff at a facility with $50M in revenue. I successfully oversaw finance and accounting, human resources, fleet maintenance and safety departments. In the meantime, I upheld quality control and customer satisfaction company-wide, which greatly reduced escalations and delays department-wide.A few achievements, I am most proud of include establishing multiple branches, warehouses, and storage yards; merging the facility with a San Francisco-based transportation company to gain regional growth; and growing geographic coverage and fleet within less than a year to more than twice its original size, with 200+trucks and drivers covering Southern and Northern California regions.I am also proud of analytically assessing finances to effectively eliminate non-essential expenses and obtain $3M in equipment loan to replace truck fleet with port compliance trucks. Not one to say no to a challenge, I launched a new division, an Ocean Container Business (RoadEx CY, Inc.), which grow into a multimillion dollor business. I also revised a business model and financial statements that accounted for business functions of sales and business developments, operations, customer service, finance and accounting, human resources, and safety regulations.I built health long-term business relationships with customers, vendors, and bankers across departments. Furthermore, I fostered a positive, safe work atmosphere through embodying the company’s ethics and culture.
