I have dedicated the past 33 years to supporting individuals who struggle with significant behavioral challenges using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. I am an advocate of person-centered and non-restrictive approaches that build replacement skills that foster greater independence and success. Experience has taught me that many persons with serious behavioral challenges have a disproportionately higher likelihood of having been exposed to early childhood trauma. Compassion, respect, and a strong working relationship are key. I love helping others and being a valuable part of a team. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family, hiking, camping, canoeing, playing and recording music.
