I am an accomplished HR Leader and Business Partner with a breadth of experience across the HR disciplines including talent acquisition, leadership development, talent management, compensation and strategic workforce planning. Throughout my career I have collaborated with software, technology and engineering teams in both the commercial sector and as a senior HR leader and member of the UK Senior Civil Service. My experience includes working in highly regulated sectors and unionized environments.In June 2021, I moved from London, UK to the New York City Metro Area. I am continuing my passion for HR and technology at ASML, leading the Development and Engineering HR Team. ASML is Europe's largest technology company and in my role I partner with our engineering leadership teams based on the East Coast.My education includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and in 2019 I completed the Cambridge University Business School General Management Program.I’d love to connect with people who share a passion for HR, technology, workforce transformation, and inclusion.
