About Rob Clark

I am a strategic thinker with over 20 years of experience in program design, program management and collaborative results-based systems-building. Utilizing strong partnership development skills, I have designed, launched and led a number of innovative, collaborative initiatives to improve outcomes for Baltimore’s children, youth and families. I have deep understanding of how to collect and use data to inform decision making, drive ongoing implementation improvements, and measure investment impact. I have excellent communication and writing skills, excelling both in framing and developing clear messaging as well as writing successful grant applications totaling over $30 million in awards. I am seeking a senior leadership position at an innovative, data-driven organization. While my experience to date has been with non-profit organizations, I am also interested in exploring exciting opportunities within for-profit companies.
