I'm responsible for aligning the Information Technology department to the business goals of PillarRx by supporting and providing oversight of all IT initiatives on behalf of the organization. I guide, mentor, support, motivate and hold accountable the IT team members to fulfill the business needs and requirements. Oversight of all IT functions includes, but is not limited to: infrastructure, security, development/QA, project management, and operations. The strategic planning for the department, as well as the organization as a whole, is conducted in a collaborative effort with the other members of the Leadership team, by directly participating and supporting in the planning and execution of growing PillarRx and making the organization profitable and successful.

Rob is the Associate Director of Enterprise IT Services at Navitus Health Solutions and is currently responsible for overseeing the system administration and disaster recovery of over 21 systems at Navitus. In addition, Rob oversees the Change Management process within the IT division and the development of our pharmacy software platform within the Lumicera business.Starting with Navitus in 2007, Rob has served in various capacities including implementing the Navitus Business Intelligence system, conceptualizing and implementing two separate teams within the Navitus business model, and redeveloping the Navitus IT Change Management process. Rob has received multiple certifications in Information Technology, including ITIL Foundation Certification, Qlikview System Administration, and Microstrategy System Administration.

I currently manage 16 team members of various states of leadership, administration, and development. Our responsibilities include system administration, software development, change management, and release deployment. The software platforms that span my responsibility include Qlikview, Informatica, Automic, Oracle, SharePoint, Sql Server, Erwin, Crystal Reports, the Navitus Adjudication platform, the Lumicera pharmacy platform, FTP, Redix, Dynamics CRM, Great Plains, Test Complete, ALM, Atlassian Tools (including JIRA and Confluence), and multiple other software systems.

As the manager of the Application System Administration team, I'm responsible for managing the team that administers the enterprise software platforms that we run at Navitus Health Solutions. Our team is the Subject Matter Experts that revolve around our CRM platform, Business Intelligence, Oracle and SqlServer Database Administration, Workload Automation, ETL processing, and our Adjudication Platform. Our team consists of eight teammates that have a broad skill set that allows them to learn multiple platforms and provide redundant administrative capacity for our internal customers.

I handle all aspects of Business Intelligence for SAS, Business Objects XI, Reporting Services, and Qlikview.Designed, developed, and implemented an enterprise rollout for Qlikview and Publisher on a multi-server platform.Administration, support, and continued development of Crystal XI and Business Objects enterprise.Software support for SAS installations.Ensure business intelligence product offerings meet predefined service level agreementsMonitor business use and performance of delivery tools and provide feedback to the data warehouse team, infrastructure team and user communityDevelop, manage, schedule and document business intelligence operations and tasks including data extraction, transformation, movement, loading and updating processes within the business intelligence delivery service offering.Manage delivery maintenance including software patches and updates.Conduct performance monitoring and tuning for all data delivery tools.Diagnose and resolve incompatibility issues between the warehouse environment and data delivery tools.Support, administer and implement application security best-practices for all data delivery tools.Ensure the development and production systems are up and running at the appropriate times to meet service level agreements.Support change control and testing processes for modifications to data delivery systems.Lead the development of standards for data delivery using best practices and client specific considerations.Create presentation and written document of data delivery standards, principles and timeline for implementing standards and principles.

As a member of the MDW Team, I administered Shopko's Business Intelligence platforms, which included Microstrategy and Business Objects. I worked with internal customers to gather requirements and develop analytical solutions that provided insight into Shopko's metrics.
