Working for Norbert Dentressangle as part of their IT Support team is a goal i had set my eyes on. I have learnt many things since starting with NDL and my experience with IT in a work place environment has grown. During my employment I have undertaken a role in UAT testing our Ecommerce system. I have also managed a team during testing of our system.My responsibilities include:• PC and laptop repair• Designing and coding SQL run reports• Printer maintenance• Ordering of printer supplies• Supporting of the networks (includes, patching and cabling)• Software maintenance (Includes, MS Office, Windows OS, Google Chrome)• Application support of our WMS system

Working for Norbert Dentressangle, in a warehouse, is a new experience for me. Since starting at NDL I have learnt a few things about the systems department. I have also taken part in UAT (User Access Team) testing of software that the warehouse uses.My responsibilities include:• Pick orders• Making sure orders are correctly picked and in the packers hands• I have been trained to pick Jewellery, high-tec items and wedding dresses• Recently I have expanded my knowledge of the warehouse and been trained on other departments.

Since leaving Daytona I started work at the MK Dons. I have learnt a lot of new things while being there, things like Printer + PC maintenance, IPTV maintenance and networking to list a few things.My responsibilities include:• The maintenance of the computers and printers on site• To solve any computer problems• Help maintain the user network, including Emails and internet• To schedule and setup the TV system for events, including Match days.• To install new workstations for new starters and remove un-used workstations
