• Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce’s UK non-conforming mortgage business (acquired by Abbey in February 1994)• Investigation and response to serious complaints on behalf of Senior Management and attendance at possession hearings as company representative• Administration of Arrears cases from first delinquency through to repossession, including agreement of arrangements for repayment, handling of DSS cases and agreement of court orders
