The fund is registered as an Investment Fund under the Investment Funds Act, 2019 of The Bahamas and accordingly is licenced and regulated by The Bahamas Securities Commission.A research driven approach is at the heart of what we do, which manifests into our strong conviction plays for the assets we acquire, and which we believe to be the best risk/reward investments in the market. DSV is a relationship focused Investment Fund and we pride ourselves on building healthy, long lasting client relationships, whilst offering alpha driven asset management solutions.Our mission is to make investing in digital assets simple, effective, and safe for eligible investors. We offer risk-adjusted exposure to your existing investment portfolio through our regulated fund structure.The investment objectives of DSV are to achieve superior capital growth by selecting a small number of digital assets offering the best risk/reward ratios in our view. This will involve selecting relatively low risk assets with a long-only bias and with a high probability of significant price growth. The fund will also stake assets where possible to produce enhanced returns.The strategy is grounded in principles of longer-term focus, risk management, diversification and fundamental analysis. Further, the digital asset selection will be biased towards those assets with good liquidity and that have a fair value launch.Our aim is to achieve VC-style returns over each cycle, whilst providing monthly liquidity.
