I am passionate about small and medium size companies assisting them to achieve their true shareholder value. I concentrate on restructures, streamlining, investment for growth organically, acquisition or both. My experience has been achieved working for and with large, medium and small companies, publicly and privately owned.During my time with L'Oreal I was involved with major retailers and the launch of Garnier in the UK. I negotiated a major contract for Swallowfield PLC in Japan and with Norian Ltd (50% shareholder) created one of the largest bed manufacturers in the UK.I have worked with PWC, KPMG, Milsted Langdon, Barclays, Lloyds, Burgess Salmon, Clarke Willmott and Commercial Property Specialists in conjunction with several distressed companies.
