A very experienced Sales & Operations professional, with over 20 years experience in the Mortgage, Banking and Financial services sectors. Specialising in Sales, Operations and Compliance.Having set up a very successful New Build mortgage brokerage 12 years ago, I have helped adapt it to meet the challenges of an every changing market.Leading my Sales teams to record breaking months and ultimately, record breaking years, before becoming more hands on in the operational side of thingsOverseeing the implementation of a new CRM and the process changes that involved. As well as overseeing the installation of a new phone system and setting up the reporting software behind it. Not to mention setting up and relocating the teams to new offices on three occasions.Faced with a changing house selling market, I set up a New Build Shared Ownership brand, within a brand in order to capitalise on this growing area of the mortgage market.Now looking for a new challenge.
