As Quality Assurance and Training Leader, I lead a multi functional team of 20 personnel, developing and implementing plans to manage the HSE and Quality risks associated with the performance of electrical tasks within the Works and Service Delivery by Aurora/TasNetworks and its service providers.This role is heavily focused on HSE and Quality to ensure work within the Electrical Supply Industry maintains a safe, reliable supply to our customers. As Quality Assurance and Training leader, it is my role to ensure the smooth operation of all activities on a daily basis. This diverse group commanded fast and efficient decision-making, proactively implementing changes to constantly improve and grow the business, while managing and maintaining all administrative processes.My role as CEO of the Registered Training Organisation was responsible for the delivery of enterprise and nationally accredited training to meet the needs of the electrical supply industry.
