Specialising in Car & LCV whole life costs, specifically tailoring WLC models to reflect our own buying and usage experience in both the OE and non-OE maintenance sector, this includes expanding cost considerations to accommodate local charges such as congestion or clean air zone charges etc. where ULEV vehicles may be the better cost option. I also build bespoke SMR profiles and SMR forecasting for some major utility fleets and encompass this into our new business tendering model. I have many years of pricing and risk experience in used vehicle values and RV forecasting, which helps in many of my daily challenges.

Working on multi-million pound jets/helicopters in facilities provided by Harrods Aviation, TAG Aviation & Signature Aircraft Services, this was an unbelievable role and one I enjoyed very much.... After publishing a detailed menu of working practices for the business I took control of customer relations and was the main contact for aircraft services. I became a specialist in many areas of aircraft surface products and application and was recognised especially for my extensive detail to interior work and repairs. We rewrote the rule books and set new standards..... our competitors just couldn't compete.....

I had worked alongside Motor Consult for over 10 years helping with development of their SMR product "Maintbook", so joining them as an Account Manager felt like a natural career move that worked very well. They offer market leading software for data manipulation and analysis of SMR figures to the fleet and finance industry. Responsible for direct B2B sales of existing and new products, road shows and event presentations, including the co-ordination and content planning of national industry SMR review meetings. Other duties included product development, building on customer relationships, account renewals and bespoke product training.

A temporary role, responsible for reviewing market position, proposing and setting RV's on all Daimler Chrysler financed vehicles (Mercedes/Chrysler/Jeep/Smart). Also, managing product expectations with market data providers such as CAP, Glass's, Keeresources and other remarketing avenues to help achieve financial risk benchmarks.

Spanning over 22 years service for Arval UK Limited. After successfully completing a 4 year apprenticeship as a motor vehicle technician, gaining valuable experience in workshop and main dealership environments, I progressed and held various management roles within the fleet operations department. My duties varied across many management roles within fleet control, supplier network management, fleet management services and eventually leading the pricing & risk team looking at analysing and setting RV’s, calculating SMR budgets, and managing the effective use of manufacturer terms, campaigns, bonuses and dealer discounts etc.
