I have over nineteen years of Active Duty service with the United States Army. I am currently a Network Engineer in an Army Service Component Command Headquarters focusing on cybersecurity policy. My previous assignment was as a Division Network Engineer where I led teams of technical professionals to install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot tactical networks to enable mission command during day-to-day operations, real world contingency responses, and training simulations. Prior to serving as a US Army Network Engineer, I was a graduate student at the Georgia Institute of Technology where I earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a primary focus in telecommunications and minor focus in electromagnetics. I studied in The Propagation Group under Dr. Gregory D. Durgin for my thesis, "Part 15 Compliant Frequency Hopping Backscatter Communication at 5.8 GHz."Areas of Focus: Wireless Systems, Internet of Things (IoT), and 5G.
