I am an IT Security Analyst at QSI, a leading provider of quality service installation for ATMs and ITMs. I have over 4+ years of experience in this role, and I hold a CompTIA Security+ certificate. My mission is to ensure the security and reliability of our clients' systems and networks, and to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.I excel in remote troubleshooting, software diagnosis, and computer systems management. I have also managed the migration from definition-based antivirus to EDR platforms, deployed whitelisting platforms, implemented firewall rules, and performed internal and external vulnerability scans.
