• Liaison between and work cohesively with lender and settlement coordinator• Responsible for creating Financial Wiring Instructions on each loan/estate/escrow/tax document per client• Send Lender Questionnaire to obtain information for CPL and recording fees• Create Closing Protection Letters for each file specific to lender’s loan number, underwriter and mortgagee clause• Recreate and Re-share title commitment due to changes in loan amount, sale price, and buyer names • Collaborate with tax collector by entering provided information such as City, Township & School tax amounts in system based on tax certs • Responsible for calculating estimated tax amounts based on property assessment• Enter title fees & recording fees to generate preliminary CD to be sent out to lender• Retrieve the lender’s CD to start the balancing process which includes adding their fees & other miscellaneous fees• Coordinate document transactions by monitoring emails from lender for closing instructions & final packages for closing• Ensure and confirm all documents are received & signed correctly for settlement coordinator on day of closing

-Coordinating movement and distribution of domestic loads within a timely manner for multiple accounts (National & Office specific)-Responsible for quickly solving equipment or shipment issues when they arise -Collaborating with carriers for loading reservations and current location/status of loads to guarantee efficient service-Following up to ensure carriers meet appointed times for pickup and delivery-Creating administrative reports for customers regarding their shipments-Communicating between customers and carriers to build loyal relationships and transparency, bringing both parties together for effective teamwork-Maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record -Analyzing current market and forecasting future market trends to obtain customer freight through contract and spot bids
