Working on a local authority contract, I am responsible for the provision of services and repairs, projects and refurbishments, Dec and Epc, waste management and cleaning services as well as a 24 hour reactive team for all required elements of works to over 110 sites including leisure centres, school, civic l, business centres, childrens centre and domestic properties. Managing a team of 17 staff including a self delivery team I started my role here following completion of my masters degree and a year as an assistant but have used my intelligence and learning abilities so that Since then i have started with no knowledge in Fm to becoming a fountain of it. I have managed my own procurement my own Kpis, my own financial targets, and my own team and everything that comes along with this to enable a successful and ambitious team to be created under my watch. I strive to challenge myself and in my current role get something different each week that challenges me and in turn gives me the required satisfaction I need and so ultimately i enjoy my role and what we as a team achieve day in day out.
