As a result, I have previously been recognized as an expert witness in United States District Court and have provided sworn testimony numerous times over the past three decades in the Southern District of West Virginia, the Eastern District of Kentucky and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.A three decade law enforcement career with a plethora of experiences involving multi-tasking to successfully conduct multifaceted, complex investigations resulting in the preservation of public safety. A seasoned professional who has held a Top Secret Secret Security Clearance for twenty plus years and currently maintains a Top Secret Security Clearance.
