My role within the company was to be responsible for articulating technology direction and technical solutions for client organizations. I provided strategy, management, leadership and support for assigned clients.I also held the role of Director of Service Support, managing a staff of 5 IT technicians, Including hiring, mentoring, setting up training and performance reviews.

Manage staff of 5, who range from the helpdesk to senior network admins.Propose, implement and manage various IT projects that help the organisation achieve their goals.Areas of responsibility include the IT infrastructure and telephone systems.

Provide technical support and advice to clients, ensuring they are receiving the maxmimum value from their IT investments.Extensive experience with the Microsoft family of products, with an emphasis on SharePoint.
