Kyc Analyst
CurrentPartner with Relationship Manager and Compliance teams to assist with the preparation, development, due diligence and approval of the electronic Know Your Client (KYC) record and supporting country appendices.Create and maintain KYC records by obtaining information from internal and external sources (firm website, regulatory websites, etc.)Validate the information within KYC records and Customer Identification Program (CIP) documents to ensure completion and accuracy. Conducting Due Diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) research for clients as part of the business-wide Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance remediation process.Perform the required KYC screening on clients by documenting and corroborating the information obtained on the client as required by the Global KYC Procedures utilizing a variety of independent research sources. Executing and reviewing negative media alerts from client screening and escalate where necessary.Analyze Client data, documentation and negative news in order to determine Client Risk Profile as established under the Global KYC Procedures.Ensure KYC records incorporate local regulatory requirements / Global Business Support Unit (BSU) Standards.Maintain the BAU Production tool. Meeting production target volumes and dates as advised.
