I'm an experienced Endurance Sports Coach who loves seeing his athlete's achieve their goals. It doesn't matter if it is to become a National Champion, to beat their training mates or simply to get to the finish line of their first event, it all matters to me.I enjoy working with athletes who are committed to a goal, understand the importance of patience and strategy in developing a successful training plan, and enjoy being accountable to someone for their training.I successfully work with athletes all over the world using various online platforms for program building, progress monitoring and communication.Prior to Coaching I had been a Sports Podiatrist for 12 years. This background has given me a unique understanding of how injuries can impact on an athlete's training plan, and vice versa.
