This role involved providing one to one support for adults who need help to improve their physical and/ or mental wellbeing. Essentially, this role entailed working closely with partnership agencies throughout Warrington, to help tackle issues such as loneliness, isolation, low mood, financial problems and lack of confidence. Specialist areas of work have included people living with Dementia, carers, people leaving prison & homeless people.
