Account Director
CurrentResponsible for oversight of all aspects of the contract between EMCOR and the client to include the relationship, financials, delivery performance, and leading all components of a cross functional team. Manage the strategic partnerships with clients, providing creative and innovative solutions to achieve complex client and account objectives. Ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently while accomplishing both client and company goals and objectives.• Serve as a trusted partner, building strong relationships with business leaders through timely, relevant and tailored communication• Responsible for the strategic relationship for a key account with one of the top 5 banks in the United States.• Accountable for financial performance to include P&L, A/R, A/P, reporting, and development of business plans for capital improvement projects driving savings and improve cost efficiencies• Responsible for client delivery management and continuously improving service delivery such as processes, achievement of SLA and KPI targets, contractual compliance, and ensuring the client achieves the full value from the strategic partnership• Collaboratively partner with client’s POC and staff to develop a governance team to meet on regularly scheduled timing to review key deliverables, metrics, business results and contractual service delivery obligations as well as to address trends and resolve systemic issues.
