I am an experienced business, financial and project controller. Complex organizations are no stranger to me and I have learned to be a real linking pin between the various disciplines where effectiveness and efficiency are key.I learned to communicate clear and reliable during my work as a (Finance) consultant and learned to work in complex organizations during the last decade. This, together with a curious mind has made me a professional.A number of my qualities are: strong conceptual thinking (no sub-optimization), proactive, analytical, hands-on, people-minded, process-oriented, out-of-the-box and coaching. Excel also has few secrets for me and I am used to working with various ERP software as well as setting up/improving administrative organizations. Recently I worked mostly abroad (worldwide) for four years where I have sharpened my knowledge of implementation ERP systems and Project Control as well as my communication skills, the latter partly due to the many cultural differences.
